At Apollo Tyres Global Business Services Ltd., she leads the Global Capability Centre (GCC), driving operational excellence, process consolidation, automation, data-driven insights, and value creation across business functions.

Tanuja holds an MBA in International Business from IIFT and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean professional. She has authored a transition toolkit for a leading BPO and brings extensive experience in establishing and managing shared services, as well as leading large-scale business transformation initiatives across global delivery environments.

Anup is an EXIM (Export-Import), Logistics, and Supply Chain professional with over 15 years of experience across diverse industries. He specialises in transforming complex international trade challenges into streamlined, efficient operations. His expertise includes import-export documentation, regulatory compliance, and ensuring timely cross-border clearances, while driving cost optimisation through the effective utilisation of export benefits and government incentives.

He currently heads the Export and Import Documentation function at Apollo Tyres Global Business Services Ltd. Anup holds a PGDM in Finance from VVISM, Hyderabad, a certification in Business Process Re-engineering, and a Diploma in GBS from The Hackett Group Inc., where he is a certified GBS professional.

Bharat is a seasoned business leader with over 27 years of experience across Sales, Marketing, and Operations. At Apollo Tyres Global Business Services Ltd., he leads the Sales Excellence function (Commercial), focusing on business process enhancement, digital and process transformation, stakeholder experience, and scalable solutions that drive efficiency and sustainable value.

Bharat brings extensive experience in Sales Operations, gained through leadership roles at organisations such as Exide, TAFE, and Delkor. He holds a B.Sc. in Mathematics and an MBA in Marketing and Finance.

Hitesh is an accomplished finance leader with over 19 years of experience in Finance and Accounts across various industries. At Apollo Tyres Global Business Services Ltd., he serves as Operations Head – Finance. He has a strong track record of leading shared services operations across Accounts Payable, Record to Report, Taxation, and Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A). He brings proven expertise in driving operational excellence, process improvements, and large-scale business transformations across geographies.

Hitesh holds an MBA in Finance from the Goa Institute of Management (GIM) and a B.E. in Electrical Engineering from Punjab Engineering College (PEC).

Rakesh is a seasoned HR Operations and Payroll leader with over 40 years of experience in payroll, employee master data management, HR compliance, and HR process automation. He currently heads the Payroll and HR Operations function at Apollo Tyres Global Business Services Ltd., overseeing operations for more than 10,000 employees across 150+ locations in India.

A SAP Payroll specialist, Rakesh has successfully implemented end-to-end payroll operations across multiple locations in India, Europe, and South Africa. He holds a Master Diploma in Business Administration (Finance) from Symbiosis, a Postgraduate Diploma in Tax Law from the Indian Law Institute, and a Diploma in GBS from The Hackett Group Inc.

Sunil is a strategic procurement leader with over 20 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, cost optimisation, and transformation across manufacturing organisations. As Head of the Non-RM Procurement function at Apollo Tyres Global Business Services Ltd., he leads strategic sourcing across Indirect Procurement, MRO, Services, and Marketing Procurement.

Sunil is a Certified Procurement Professional (CPP™) and a Hackett Certified GBS Professional. He holds qualifications in Business Management, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, and Mechanical Engineering.

Vikas is an HR leader with over 21 years of experience in HR leadership, people strategy, and HR transformation. He brings a strong blend of strategic HR expertise and business acumen, with experience leading HR functions in Global Capability Centres (GCCs).

At Apollo Tyres Global Business Services Ltd., he leads the Human Resources function, driving talent management, workforce planning, employee experience, organisational effectiveness, and people-focused transformation initiatives.

Vikas holds an MBA in HR and a GBS Professional Diploma from The Hackett Group Inc.
