Apollo Tyres’ Q3 FY26 revenue from operations up 12%

 

The Board of Directors of Apollo Tyres Ltd today approved the company’s unaudited financial results for the 3rd quarter (Oct to Dec) and 9M (Apr to Dec) for the financial year 2025 – 26.

 

For the quarter ended December 31, 2025 Apollo Tyres Ltd, on a consolidated level, registered a revenue of Rs 7743 crores, an increase of 12% over the same period last fiscal. Both Indian and European Operations witnessed double digit growths in revenue in the third quarter. For the nine months of the fiscal (April – December), the company’s revenue closed at Rs 21,135 crores, an increase of 7% over the same period last fiscal.

 

Quarterly Consolidated Performance Highlights

Q3 FY2025-26 (Oct-Dec) vs Q3 FY2024-25

·     Revenue from operations was up 12% to close at Rs 7743 crores, as against Rs 6928 crores in Q3 FY25

·     Operating profit was up 25% at Rs 1186 crores, as against Rs 947 crores

·     Net profit was up 40% to close at Rs 471 crores, as against Rs 337 crores in the same period last fiscal

 

9 Months Consolidated Performance Highlights

9M FY 2025-26 (April-Dec) vs 9M FY 2024-25

·     Revenue from operations was up 7% to close at Rs 21,135 crores, as against Rs 19,700 crores in 9M FY25

·     Operating profit was up 12% at Rs 3074 crores, as against Rs 2734 crores

·     Net profit for 9 Months closed at Rs 741 crores, as against Rs 937 crores in the same period last fiscal (this includes the estimated pre-tax cost of restructuring amounting to Rs 545 crores, disclosed as an exceptional item)

 

Commenting on the company’s performance, Onkar Kanwar, Chairman, Apollo Tyres Ltd said “My compliments to the team for delivering double-digit volume growth across geographies and market segments in the past quarter. India recorded its best quarterly performance to date, driven by strong growth across replacement, exports and OEM channels. Our European Operations also performed in line with the broader market. Encouragingly, demand momentum remains healthy, and we expect this trajectory to sustain going forward.”
