The Board of Directors of Apollo Tyres Ltd today approved the company’s unaudited results for the 1st quarter of the financial year 2024-25.
For the quarter ended June 30, 2024 Apollo Tyres Ltd, on a consolidated basis, reported a revenue of Rs 6335 crores. Indian Operations reported a steady growth in revenue, while European Operations performed well under challenging conditions and in traditionally, one of their seasonally lower quarters.
Quarter 1 Consolidated Performance Highlights
Q1 FY2024-25 (April – June) vs Q1 FY2023-24
Ø Revenue from Operations for the quarter closed at Rs 6335 crores, as against Rs 6245 crores
Ø Operating profit reported was Rs 909 crores, as against Rs 1051 crores
Ø Net profit for the quarter closed at Rs 302 crores, as against Rs 397 crores in the last fiscal
Commenting on the company’s performance in the first quarter, Onkar Kanwar, Chairman, Apollo Tyres Ltd said, “Firstly, I would like to compliment the teams who have helped retain the Silver Rating in the annual EcoVadis Sustainability Assessment, a true reflection of our Sustainability journey. Coming to our quarterly performance, the replacement and exports from India have witnessed a good growth, and we expect the same to continue in the coming quarters as well. Europe continues to perform well under current market conditions.”
