The philanthropic initiatives are implemented through Taru Foundation. These initiatives focus on providing educational support, access to healthcare, food distribution and the upliftment of lesser privileged sections of society.

As a reputed business organisation that works closely with communities, Apollo Tyres undertakes customised philanthropic initiatives that address identified issues and deliver measurable results.

Apollo Tyres believes in giving back to society. Within India, an allocated budget from the mandatory CSR spend is diverted to philanthropic initiatives. The initiatives are carried out under specific thrust areas of Health, Education & Support to differently-abled & disadvantaged sections of society.

1.Health

The organisation provides nutrition and health camp support to Delhi based NGOs working for underprivileged communities

 2.Education

Under this category, the organisation provides educational support to underprivileged girls. Education of 50 girls at Himjyoti School, Dehradun is supported through this initiative.The organisation has also provided educational support to the disabled children.

  3.Support to Disabled and Disadvantaged

Apollo Tyres supports the disabled through sports. Provision of food and ration aid to disadvantaged communities, destitute and aged people abandoned by their families is also undertaken by the company.
